To the staff at Michigan Thyme,
When we were in Harbor Country in June we made Michigan Thyme our last stop so we could take some asparagus quiche and cheddar asparagus soup home with us to the Chicago suburbs. We ate the quiche the next day and it was delicious. Last night I took the soup out of the freezer and prepared it for lunch today. I was very pleased that it was every bit as delicious after several weeks in the freezer as it was when we stopped in for lunch at your cafe.
We have heard that your breakfasts are delicious also but since we usually stay at a B & B in Union Pier, our breakfasts are eaten there. But on our first day of arrival it is usually lunch time and we stop at your cafe for soup and a sandwich. We have never been disappointed. Your chefs are the best!
The skirt I am wearing today is from your clothing store so I guess it's an all around Michigan Thyme day.
